Dr Sun Yat –sen was dedicated in looking for ways to revive China a hundred more years ago. He laid out a magnificent blue print for constructing China in the “The International Development of China”. Today, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, persistent struggle of the entire nation, the agenda described by Dr Sun has already been realised. There are even many more achievements made beyond the thoughts of Dr Sun. The 20^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was organised successfully a short while ago. General Secretary Xi Jing-ping stressed that the CPC’s Central task is to lead the Chinese people of all ethnic groups in a concerted effort to realise the Second Centenary Goal of building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects and to advance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernisation. Let us remember the missions entrusted to us and do not forget the original intention. We should uphold the sublime spirit of Dr Sun Yat-sen and Madam Soong Ching-ling to stay with our motherland together despite any hardship. We are closely attached to each other. We have to join hand to continue our fight in promoting the stable execution of the “One Country Two Systems” and in building China into a modern socialist country in all aspects as well as advancing the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts!
